No Liability for Misuse or Unauthorized Modifications:
Prime Indoor Golf LLC is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from misuse, abuse, unauthorized alterations, or improper installation of our products, especially if installation is not performed by Prime Indoor Golf LLC or one of our authorized partners. All equipment must be used according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and safety instructions.

To the extent permitted by law, continued use of the Service following any updates means you accept those changes.

By providing your mobile number and consenting to SMS messages, you agree to receive recurring messages from and on behalf of Prime Indoor Golf through your wireless provider. These may include order updates, account alerts, promotional messages, special offers, and cart reminders. Messages may be sent using an automatic dialing system or similar technology. Even if your number is on a federal or state Do Not Call list, you may still receive messages.
