Shipping & Returns Policy

At Prime Indoor Golf, we want your shopping experience to be smooth, secure, and worry-free. Please review our shipping and returns policies before placing your order.

Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Orders within the continental U.S. may qualify for free shipping.

  • Oversized or heavy items may require freight shipping charges, shown at checkout.

  • Orders may ship from our warehouse or directly from the manufacturer for faster delivery.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Order Tracking & Delivery

  • You will receive tracking details via email once available.

  • If your package is marked as “Delivered” but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. Prime Indoor Golf is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.

  • Deliveries that require a signature must be received by someone at the shipping address.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.

  • Refused or undeliverable shipments will be treated as returns and may be subject to return shipping charges.

Returns Policy

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories.

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including custom products, software, and clearance merchandise.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • A restocking fee may apply to certain items.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued once returned items are inspected and approved.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges can be arranged once the original item is returned and inspected.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the original product.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • Please inspect all packages upon delivery.

  • Report damages or defects within 48 hours of delivery with photos for faster resolution.

  • Defective items may qualify for replacement under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranties

  • Most products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Warranty claims must be filed directly with the manufacturer unless otherwise specified.

Final Sale Items

  • Custom-made products, clearance, and special-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Partner Return Policies

Some of our suppliers have their own return policies that supersede Prime Indoor Golf’s standard policy. Please review carefully:

  • Flightscope: 30 days from date of sale.

  • TruGolf: All simulator sales are final and cannot be returned.

  • Uneekor: Returns are accepted until whichever comes first — 15 days after license activation or 60 days after receipt.

  • Foresight: All sales are final. Warranty assistance may be available, but no returns are accepted.

  • ProTee: All sales are final. Warranty assistance may be available, but no returns are accepted.
